On 11th February, the Feast of our Lady of Lourdes, and 28th world day of the Sick Br. Telesphore Horo, SJ pronounced his final vows in the Society of Jesus in Manresa House (Hermon Rasschaert, Auditorium, Ranchi).

The Holy Eucharist was presided over Fr. Ajit Kumar Xess, SJ the Provincial of Ranchi Province and there were more than fifty Jesuits as concelebrants on the alter. The Auditorium was packed like never before.

Fr. Provincial, in his sermon, focused on the virtue of humility which Br. Tele carries out in his life with sincerity and zeal. he also said, "It is also a day of thanksgiving" to God Almighty for giving him Vocation in the Society of Jesus, "He is an asset for the Province". Br. Tele, while expressing his thankfulness and gratitude expressed his deepest emotion by taking the names of every person who helped him reach this stage of his life.

After the Mass there was a grand felicitation programme in the auditorium itself followed by the fellowship meal.

We, the Ranchi Jesuit family congratulate Br. Telesphore Hore, SJ and wish him God's blessing in abundance to carry out his mission with same zeal and enthusiasm.
